Additional Supplemental Municipal Aid

The Assembly provides an additional $58,000,000 in Supplemental Municipal Aid to be targeted to municipalities with demonstrated need.

General Purpose Local Government Aid

The Assembly provides a four percent increase in General Purpose Local Government Aid to all cities, towns, and villages across the State. This represents an increase of $22,465,526 in Revenue Sharing for local governments.

Stock Transfer Incentive Fund

The Assembly restores funding for the Stock Transfer Incentive Fund in the amount of $114,037,800 for the City of New York.
