| Relates to regulating the content of motor vehicle fuel; beginning October 1, 2005, a person may not manufacture, sell or offer for sale motor vehicle gasoline that contains a concentration of sulfur that is greater than thirty parts per million per gallon of gasoline; beginning December 31, 2005, a person may not manufacture, sell or offer for sale diesel fuel or home heating oil that contains a concentration of sulfur that is greater than fifteen parts per million per gallon. |
