Requires health care provisions in all supreme court and family court child support orders; provides that where a child is already insured the court order would direct the parent providing the benefits to maintain coverage, unless either party requests the court to make alternate provisions; provides that if neither parent has health insurance, the court would order the custodial parent to apply for CHIP or Medicaid, as applicable; requires inclusion of health insurance provisions in all court orders determining objections to cost of living adjustments; further makes provisions for the enforcement of child support.
