Relates to safety devices on frozen dessert trucks; authorizes the commissioner of motor vehicles to promulgate rules and regulations for cautionary devices on frozen dessert trucks, including but not limited to, a swing arm that can be extended from the front bumper of such vehicle to prevent the crossing of persons in front of such vehicle.
