Makes technical corrections in provisions regarding protections against employment discrimination based on genetics by replacing the currently used term "genetic predisposition or carrier status" with the term "predisposing genetic characteristics"; defines terms "predisposing genetic characteristic" and "genetic test"; and makes it an unlawful discriminatory practice to solicit or require information from which a predisposing genetic characteristic can be inferred, or to buy or otherwise acquire information from which a predisposing genetic characteristic can be inferred or to make an agreement with an individual to provide such information.
