| Authorizes the governor's traffic safety committee, with the cooperation of the department of motor vehicles, transportation and health, to develop and implement a public outreach campaign to inform the general public of the dangers of operating a motor vehicle while drowsy, of the need for drivers to provide their full attention to the task of operating a motor vehicle and of the dangers of engaging in behaviors that reduce the attention of the driver from the driving task. |
