Extends until June 30, those provisions of which require that claims for benefits due to disease or malfunction of the heart or of one or more coronary arteries of a volunteer firefighter must be paid unless it is shown by substantial evidence to the contrary that the duties and activities of such firefighter did not cause or precipitate such disease or malfunction.
