Relates to community notification procedures under the sex offender registration act; requires the law enforcement agency having jurisdiction to disseminate a photograph and description of a designated level two offender to any entity with vulnerable populations related to the nature of the offense committed by such sex offender; further provides that law enforcement may disseminate certain relevant information of a level three offender.
