Relates to civil service examinations by military personnel; allows for a special military make-up examination for a member of the armed forces who missed the application deadline for a scheduled competitive examination for civil service employment and missed the test; and grants members of the armed forces a waiver if they missed the application deadline and want to compete in an examination upon their return.
