Provides for designation of death beneficiaries on stock certificates and re-registration in the names of such beneficiaries upon the deaths of the owners of the securities outside any will of the owner as a testamentary substitute for a will; allows registration of a security in beneficiary form to be cancelled or changed at any time by the owner without consent of the beneficiary.
