| Creates a program authorizing loans by the Urban Development Corporation (UDC) and Job Development Authority (JDA) to small and medium sized businesses that have suffered or are likely to suffer economic injury as a result of the absence of the owner, manager, or key employee who is or was an eligible reservist being ordered to active duty with the armed forces during a period of military conflict; limits such loans not to exceed $150,000 and interest not to exceed a rate of 5%; makes definitions and related provisions; does not call for the expenditure of state funds. |
