Return of subpoenas for the Fulton County Economic Development Corporation

To review the subpoena requests returned from the Fulton County Economic Development Corporation.

ORAL TESTIMONY WILL BE BY INVITATION ONLY

The Committee will seek general information and public testimony from the Fulton County Economic Development Corporation. This hearing will allow the Committee to learn more about the overall operations of the Corporation. This hearing will serve as an opportunity to publicly discuss and examine pertinent information relevant to the policies, finances and future plans of the Corporation, including all information requested pursuant to the subpoenas.

Ten copies of any prepared testimony should be submitted at the hearing registration desk. The Committees would appreciate advance receipt of prepared statements.

In order to further publicize this hearing, please inform interested parties and organizations of the Committee's interest in considering testimony from all sources.
