SO AT $25,000 PER CHARGER, IS THERE ANY REASON WHY WE DON'T HAVE ANYONE REPRESENTING THE TAXPAYERS OR UTILITY CUSTOMERS WHO WILL LIKELY BE CHARGED THAT? MS.
